My Clinical Focus

While I'm happy to help you through any challenge you're facing, my areas of clinical focus are listed below. See how I can support you.

Grief is a deeply personal journey that can feel overwhelming, isolating, and confusing. At times, it may come in waves—sometimes gentle, other times crashing. I can offer a safe and compassionate space where you can talk, reflect, and begin to heal at your own pace. Whether you're navigating the loss of a loved one, a major life change, or something else entirely, you're not alone. I’m here to walk beside you, helping you make sense of your experience and find moments of peace along the way.

I’ve experienced profound grief when I lost my mother in a tragic accident in 2013. Although everyone’s experience is different, I can relate to the feelings of confusion and overwhelming sadness that comes with losing a loved one.

Trauma can leave a lasting impact, often showing up in ways you might not expect—sudden emotions, feeling disconnected, trouble trusting, or always being on high alert. It’s not about “just getting over it,” but about finding a way to feel safe again in your own mind and body. I can offer a gentle, respectful space where your story can be heard at your own pace. I’m here to walk with you as you begin to make sense of what’s happened and take steps toward healing, strength, and a renewed sense of peace.
